🛢 The latest estimates for global crude oil withdrawals from the Energy Information Administration.
The EIA estimates that 4.8 million/day worth of crude oil were withdraw from global crude oil storages to meet demand contradicting an ongoing narrative promoted by Western medias and oil tanker trackers which claim that ship traffic through the Hormuz recovered to 70-80% prewar levels (it didn't) and that Saudi oil exports resumed (they did not).
The EIA's estimate figure for September is the 2nd biggest one since March 2026 at the peak of the fighting between Iran-Israel and the U.S.
To the right is Kpler's data which stops correlating with the EIA's numbers beginning in August.
