🇷🇺🎙 True greatness of a state is impossible without the ability to keep pace with the times, and ideally, to be ahead of them, Putin stated.

"Of course, without the past, there is no future. The legacy of our ancestors, who built this unique country, must be preserved and strengthened. No society can exist without a historical foundation and respect for traditions. But, of course, the reverse is also true. Without a future, the past loses its meaning. No matter how grand the achievements of our predecessors, we cannot turn into a museum of past greatness," he said.
