🇺🇦⚔️🇷🇺 Ukrainian forces have now recaptured around 532 km² of previously Russian-controlled territory and grey-zones in the Krasny Lyman direction, as a result of their last 4 months of counteroffensive operations and some smaller clearing operations in early 2026.
Of this, around 479 km² were in Donetsk Oblast, ~32 km² were in Lugansk Oblast, and ~21 km² were in Kharkov Oblast. The large Russian bridgehead west of the Zherebets River has now been reduced to four smaller bridgehead, including one larger section connected to the Slavyansk direction, and 3 smaller, partially-isolated footholds further north. All four of these remaining bridgeheads are shrinking day-by-day
Extremely heavy Ukrainian artillery and MLRS shelling, along with intense drone attacks, continue on Russian positions close to the frontline, as well as in the tactical and strategic rear, supporting the ongoing offensive operations.
