That's 3.5% of Latvia's entire population in a country of just 1.8 million.
This is equivalent to:
~12 million immigrants for US
~2.4 million immigrants for UK
The majority of the migrants come from the Indian subcontinent (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka)
📝 ZoomerHistorian: When I lived in Latvia two years ago it was essentially 99%+ White, I saw no more than a handful of Africans in my entire time there (almost all of whom were African-American tourists in Riga), I don't think I saw a single Muslim.
Now they're on track to be browner than the UK in a little over a decade if this keeps up. Incomprehensible.
