I just want to remind you again: whatever you’re going through, please don’t give up on yourself. Some days will be heavier than others. Some battles will feel impossible. But don’t make a permanent decision because of a temporary moment of pain. Suicide is not the answer. Keep pushing. Take it one day at a time. Talk to someone you trust. Reach out when you need help.
