Most apps don’t fail because the product sucks. They fail because the founders have no damn clue who their users are.
No user personas? Then every “strategy” you’ve got is just random guessing dressed up as busywork.
Most of your users live in one country, and you still don’t support their language? That’s not ambition. That’s arrogance.
Otherwise, don’t blame bad luck. You built your own damn failure.
