A new UC Davis study found that the majority of avocado oil products tested contained inflammatory seed oils.

Researchers tested 54 avocado oil products and found contamination in 48 of them.

🥑 93% of avocado oil chips
🥑 71% of avocado oil mayonnaise
🥑 100% of avocado oil salad dressings

Many of us are intentionally avoiding seed oils to protect our health and are paying a premium for products made with avocado oil.

We should be able to trust the label.

When 48 out of 54 products tested aren’t what consumers think they’re buying, something is seriously wrong. The FDA is falling short on ensuring that the food on our shelves is actually what the label says it is.

People deserve to know what’s really in our food.
