Scientists at TUM, Princeton, and Google Quantum AI just used a 58-qubit quantum computer to create a state of matter that straight-up cannot exist under normal physics.
The trick? Keep the system constantly “shaken.” At the edges, particles move in only one direction (quantum autobahn 🚦), while inside, two particle types swap every two cycles — literal quantum werewolves.
