🇷🇺 Baby mammoth Dima has arrived in Khanty-Mansiysk.

The Museum of Nature and Man will present the world’s only mummified remains of young animals from the mammoth fauna: Dima the baby mammoth, Sasha the woolly rhinoceros calf, Boris and Sparta the cave lion cubs, and the Tumat wolf pup. They are between 27,000 and 43,000 years old and have been preserved thanks to the permafrost.

The exhibition will bring together paleontological finds, holograms, an art gallery, interactive areas, and games for children. It opens today and will run until March 28, 2027.
