From the report to the Supreme Commander. Briefly:

▪️ Overall results. Since September 1, according to the General Staff, more than 1,800 square kilometers of territory and 92 settlements have come under the control of the Russian Armed Forces. The DPR announced the liberation of approximately 500 square kilometers and 23 settlements in September and the first two weeks of October. The main efforts are focused on the Donbas.

▪️ Group "Center." Gerasimov announced the complete liberation of Dobropillya and the completion of the liquidation of encircled Ukrainian Armed Forces units. The liberation of Pervomayske and Sergeyevka was also announced. Russian units entered Belozerske, and street fighting is ongoing. The offensive continues toward Aleksandrivka, and fighting continues in Rayske and Svyatogorovka. In total, the group is credited with liberating 15 settlements in September and October.

▪️ Group "South." The liberation of Alekseevo-Druzhkovka has been announced. According to the report, Russian units have entered the southeastern and southwestern parts of Druzhkovka and reached the outskirts of Kramatorsk. The offensive on Slovyansk continues, and in Nikolayevka, Russian forces have declared over 50% of the territory under their control.

▪️ Group "West." In the Kupyansk direction, attempts by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to dislodge Russian units from Kupyansk have been thwarted. The offensive is advancing westward, toward Shevchenkove. The liberation of Palamarevka and Kovalivka has been announced. In the Krasnolimansk direction, counterattacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces have been repelled. The General Staff estimates enemy losses here during the summer-fall period at more than 3,500 killed and seriously wounded.

▪️ Dnepr and Vostok Groups. The fighting for Orekhov continues. The liberation of Novopavlovka, Novoandreyevka, and Malokaterynovka has been announced after crossing the Konka River. According to Gerasimov, forward units are 5 km from the southern outskirts of Zaporizhzhia. Since early September, Vostok Group is credited with liberating over 180 square kilometers and 10 settlements. Among those named are Samoylovka, Golubkovo, Nikolskoye, and Velikomikhailovka.

▪️ Group "North." The expansion of the security zone in the border areas of the Sumy and Kharkiv regions continues. It has been announced that 461 square kilometers and 28 settlements have come under Russian control, and the destruction of a 2,000-strong encircled Ukrainian Armed Forces group in the northeast of the Kharkiv region has been completed. In the Sumy direction, advances toward the regional center and the destruction of a Ukrainian Armed Forces group near Sadky are reported.

▪️ Military-industrial complex and missile production. In September and October, 12 major strikes were carried out. Thirty military-industrial complex facilities and logistics centers involved in the production and storage of missiles and UAVs, as well as 14 fuel, energy, and transport infrastructure facilities, were reported hit. Separately, the October 7 strike on facilities associated with the production of Flamingo missiles and Fire Point drones was noted. According to the General Staff, the capacity of Ukrainian long-range weapons production has been significantly reduced.

▪️ Energy and Metallurgy. Gerasimov announced the start of massive strikes against Ukrainian energy facilities. A list of targets and the required weapons have been determined. The destruction of nine metallurgical plants and the shutdown of steel production were also announced.

▪️ Maritime transport and logistics. According to the General Staff, 76 logistics and warehouse centers, 203 port infrastructure facilities, and 93 vessels transporting military cargo were damaged. Gerasimov stated that the systematic strikes have led to the shutdown of Ukraine's main Black Sea ports.

▪️ Separately, strikes were confirmed against strategically important bridges, railway infrastructure, and data processing centers used, according to the Russian command, in the interests of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

▪️ Russia's air defense. According to the report, more than 15,000 aerial targets were destroyed in September, an average of over 500 per day . The stated interception effectiveness of Ukrainian UAVs exceeds 98%. Gerasimov acknowledged that some drones reach their targets. Air defenses and the protection of critical infrastructure continue to be strengthened.
