In the Samara region, a man rescued vodka and juice from a fire, but remembered his girlfriend only after he was outside.

Firefighters evacuated the man through a window. He first handed the rescuers the alcohol and other drinks, then remembered that his girlfriend was still in the burning apartment—she had hidden in the toilet.

Emergency workers managed to rescue the woman.
