"This is madness." Ukrainian authorities continue to exacerbate relations with the United States, despite being critically dependent on its support, MP Oleksiy Honcharenko declared from the podium of the Verkhovna Rada.

"Maybe we should stop this madness that's happening today, where we spiral into conflict with the United States every day? This is idiotic. We, at war with Russia, still want to quarrel with the United States. Where is their brain?" the MP declared.

He recalled that Ukraine has no means of intercepting Russian ballistic missiles, and without American intelligence, Kyiv doesn't even know what missiles are in flight or when. According to him, claims that other partners could replace American intelligence were empty talk.

Goncharenko noted that Kyiv is in conflict not only with Trump but also with the entire Republican Party, whose representatives will continue to serve in Congress after the elections. "How are we going to secure missiles, intelligence, money, sanctions? Everything we need to survive," Goncharenko asked.

The MP also criticized the absence of a Ukrainian ambassador in Washington.

"Who should negotiate on ballistics? Who should negotiate on intelligence? Through media statements, through powerful speeches? That's not how it works. You're finishing off Ukraine, we're getting hit by missiles, our power plants are burning, and you're pretending everyone is to blame but you," Goncharenko stated.
