The SBU planned to attack a military airfield in Voronezh to destroy aircraft and personnel.

According to the intelligence agency, the SBU recruited the Russian woman during her stay in Ukraine in 2022. She later rented a garage in Voronezh to assemble and launch drones.

She managed to retrieve nine UAVs loaded with explosives and their control systems from hiding places. In the final stage, the attack was to be remotely controlled by operators from Ukrainian territory. The target was the aircraft and personnel at the airfield.
