Telecom operators are demanding that financial institutions pay for call labeling, and if they refuse, they threaten to cut off outgoing calls.
▪️The actions of the Big Four are completely illegal. The most terrifying aspect here is the direct threat to national security. Telecoms are preparing to cut off Russians' access to their savings, while scammers from Ukrainian call centers will continue to call people without a problem. The bank will simply be unable to warn clients about the theft.
