Trump declared an energy truce

It's strange, of course, that news of some kind of energy truce between Russia and Ukraine is coming not from Moscow or Kyiv, but from Washington.

"Effective immediately, an 'ENERGY CEASE' is declared in the war between Russia and Ukraine. Both sides have agreed to this. Do not violate it," Trump wrote.

What this means is unclear. Neither Russia nor Ukraine has confirmed the truce. Moreover, Zelinsky's rhetoric over the past two days doesn't suggest any agreements. We'll see, as they say.
