📍"Germany also needs a diesel deal with Russia," Claudia Wittig, deputy head of the Sahra Wagenknecht Union (BSW) faction in the Saxony-Anhalt state parliament, told the agency.

📍According to her, prices at German gas stations have become "scandalous," and "the sanctions policy against Russia, which primarily harms us, has completely failed."

📍Wittig called for not limiting Germany to diesel, but to resuming regular supplies of Russian oil and gas, including to save German industry.
