Ukraine will hold elections if Putin agrees to a 60-day ceasefire, Zelenskyy stated.

Less than a month ago, Zelenskyy told CBC that elections were completely impossible:

"How do you want to hold elections? What elections? How can you hold elections with nine million people abroad? Nine million. Usually, about 500,000 people vote abroad."
