A Muscovite was fined 3,000 rubles for calling a deputy a jerk.

During a residents' meeting about the installation of a barrier, a neighbor asked which jerk proposed restricting entry to the courtyard. The woman replied, "She's the jerk," pointing to the initiative group the deputy belonged to.

The deputy took the remarks personally and filed a lawsuit.
