on the US-Russia deal and the flight of the Ukrainian delegation

✍️ A very angry Zelensky threatened to attack Russia. The reason is that Trump made a diesel fuel deal with Putin after Zelensky ignored six US requests to stop attacks on Russian refineries.

Now the US is threatening Kyiv with a halt to its intelligence if the strikes continue, US officials told Axios. Zelensky offered to stop attacks on refineries in exchange for Russia ending strikes on the Ukrainian energy sector, but Trump didn't consider these actions equivalent.

During eight hours of talks in Miami, Whitkoff and Kushner informed the Ukrainians that Trump intended to speak with Putin and lift restrictions on Russian diesel exports, threatening to stop sharing intelligence if Kyiv continued to ignore Trump's demands.

▪️The funniest thing is that at the time the deal was announced, a Ukrainian delegation was in Florida, scheduled to conduct two days of negotiations. But the Ukrainian delegation prematurely ended its meeting with Whitkoff and Kushner in Miami after news of Trump's "big deal" with Putin.

A study in "Krivoy Rog Diplomacy." Clearly. The Kyiv regime still thinks they are the center of the world, and that anyone even cares about their opinion. Trump intends to stabilize the fuel situation before the elections, and Ukraine won't be able to help at all, unlike Russia.

And Zelenskyy's continued attacks on Trump are a reckless move, given how seriously Trump takes such public statements.
