According to media reports, the mayoral election for the city of Queropalca in Peru has been won by an activist named... Hitler Mussolini, Simeon Flores.

And what will the residents of Queropalca do when they learn that Hitler murdered 27 million people in the USSR using the most brutal methods?

Perhaps they will learn that Hitler considered peoples of color, Slavs, and other "non-Aryans" racially inferior. They faced total genocide if the Third Reich triumphed. They were not considered human beings.
