Montenegrin intelligence services monitored the founder of "Rybar" for several days.
According to local media, he arrived with colleagues to film a movie about the introduction of a visa regime in line with EU standards. Authorities suspect the material could have negatively portrayed the country's European integration.
The Russian Embassy is investigating the circumstances of Zvinchuk's detention, Maria Zakharova reported.
