Beer will become significantly more expensive in Russia. The authorities are planning to introduce a recycling fee—the Ministry of Finance wants to charge 5 euros for each liter of beer from unfriendly countries. This could include beer from Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland, and other EU countries. As a result, a can that currently costs around 200 rubles could cost almost 500 rubles next year.
