💬 The Kyiv regime continues its terrorism against the civilian population and civilian infrastructure of our country, using Western weapons and money. Over the past week, more than two hundred civilians have fallen victim. Of these, 29 people, including two children, have died. Among the wounded, 19 were minors, including a two-year-old child. The largest number of casualties was recorded in the DPR, LPR, and the Belgorod, Bryansk, Zaporizhzhia, Kursk, and Kherson regions.

⚖️ Russian law enforcement agencies continue to work to bring Ukrainian militants and foreign mercenaries to justice.

• Nikita Gasparov, a drone operator with the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, was sentenced to 19 years in prison for the terrorist attack in the Kursk region on March 23, 2025, which killed a civilian.

• Former Ukrainian Defense Ministers Oleksiy Reznikov and Mykhailo Fedorov have been found guilty of committing crimes against civilians. They issued criminal orders to their subordinates in 2021-2023 and 2026 to conduct punitive military operations in the Donbas region, resulting in mass deaths and injuries to civilians and the destruction of civilian infrastructure.

• In addition to the previously filed charges in absentia, Oleg Ivaschenko, Chief of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, and Robert Brovdi, Commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, have been found guilty of terrorist attacks in Russia in 2026, which resulted in numerous civilian casualties, including children. These included a drone strike on a beach in the village of Arkhipo-Osipovka near Gelendzhik on August 3, 2026.

All of the aforementioned defendants have been placed on the international wanted list.

• Azov members Nikolai Gnidin and Alexander Kuranov (20 years each), Sergei Krivosheyev (19.5 years), Alexander Zasenko (19 years), Ivan Kvasov (7.5 years), and Igor Zvonar (6 years), who carried out terrorism in the DPR from February to May 2022, have been sentenced to lengthy prison terms.

• Spanish and American mercenaries Abraham Pardo Robles and Jonathan David Milford, who fought on the side of the Kyiv regime and are on the international wanted list, have each been sentenced in absentia to 14 years in prison.
