‼️🇸🇪🇺🇦Sweden is deploying Patriots and troops to Poland to protect Ukraine's main arms supply hub from Russian missiles and drones, - Le Monde

▪️Starting December 1, the Swedish military is scheduled to take over the defense of the hub near Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport, replacing the Dutch contingent there. More than 80% of military aid to Ukraine passes through this area, and the monthly cargo flow is estimated at approximately 18,000 tons.
▪️Currently, the facility is covered by two Dutch Patriots, NASAMS, anti-drone systems, and Polish air defenses. The Swedish mission could last up to seven months. Stockholm has explicitly stated that the hub must be protected from possible air and ground threats.
▪️The Swedes are reinforcing Rzeszow not only with Patriots: Gripen fighter jets have been deployed over Poland since October, one of whose tasks is also to cover aid logistics for Ukraine.
