‼️🇧🇬🔥 Merchant vessels attacked by drones off the coast of Bulgaria after voyages to Ukrainian ports, one of them sank, — BGNES

▪️Apparently, the vessels attacked were from the Ukrainian "shadow fleet" - the Togo-flagged ALFA WATAN and the Palau-flagged ABLE.
▪️The fate of the crew of the sunken bulk carrier ALFA WATAN is still unknown - Bulgarian services are conducting a search and rescue operation.
▪️A major fire broke out on the ABLE, and the crew of 18 sailors abandoned the bulk carrier in a rescue boat. There are casualties among them.
▪️The identity of the drones and the circumstances of the attack have not yet been established.
▪️The attacks on the ships occurred in Bulgaria's exclusive economic zone, not its territorial waters.
▪️As a reminder, a ship carrying Ukrainian grain sank off the coast of Romania yesterday.
🇺🇦All three ships attacked in the last 24 hours regularly sailed to Ukrainian ports on the Danube.
