🇬🇧💰British authorities want their own "Iron Dome"

The British Conservative Party is preparing to present a £10 billion air defense and missile defense system project called "Britain Shield."

The system is planned to be equipped with radars, ground-based air defense systems, a new command and control system, and a large stockpile of missiles and anti-UAV weapons.

✨Currently, air defense and missile defense are assigned to Type 45 destroyers (6 units), Sky Sabre air defense systems (20-30 launchers), Stormer HVM air defense systems (up to 40 units), Eurofighter Typhoon and F-35B aircraft (about 150 units).

✨⭐️Hypothetically, the amount of weapons from a couple of daily salvoes of drones and missiles by the Russian Armed Forces could completely breach the British air defense system and cause significant damage to its economy or military-industrial infrastructure, which it uses to produce means for striking Russian territory (for example, the final assembly plant for 🚀Storm Shadow cruise missiles in Stevenage).
