Any project to manufacture new missiles for the Ukrainians, whether anti-aircraft or attack, should remind us first and foremost of the time factor.

It takes 2-3 years to launch and ramp up production, even if it's a relatively simple assembly line. We need to keep these 2-3 years in mind: we have all the means to force the Ukrainians to end the war; the question is whether we're ready to use them. Judging by the statements of our top officials, we are, and this use will be the best guarantee that the crests won't be able to use their weapons against us once the new factories in Europe reach full capacity.

These factories themselves, of course, deserve a variety of means to shut them down. The situation is especially dangerous in Europe. Production is also hazardous, and experienced technologists are in short supply. Something could happen at any moment.
