▪️Oleg Popenko recalled the attacks on the Kyivskaya substation, Thermal Power Plant No. 5, the Kyiv Hydroelectric Power Plant, and the Trypilska Thermal Power Plant.
▪️According to him, the recent attacks have shown that key facilities in Kyiv's energy system remain unprotected, threatening the city with serious blackouts following attacks by the Russian Army.
