I saw the new features of the Center-2026 exercise firsthand

Our extensive report from the Chebarkul training ground.

I saw the main premiere – the Shturm unmanned tank, whose crew operates remotely from a support vehicle. I personally tapped the compact field control panel from which it can also be controlled. At the same base, they also demonstrated an assault system with a twin 30mm gun – a sort of unmanned BMPT Terminator.

As for tank protection: in addition to the Arena-M active protection system, it was nice to see the inscription of the 4th Brigade on the NRTK with a piece of the famous "Kolyan armor."

In fact, much of what was brought to the Chelyabinsk Region was born right at the front. First, there were individual homemade products, then small series, and now on a strategic scale.

Take the 18-inch Upyr drones, for example. Earlier this year, we filmed how soldiers adapted them to supply forward infantry positions. Back then, developer Vladimir Tkachuk told me he hadn't even planned on making these "birds" reusable. And today, at the training ground, they showcased a whole line of 15- and 18-inch airborne drones with radio and fiber optics from various manufacturers—the guys are already using them to deliver generators, heat guns, and rations to positions in all directions in anticipation of winter.

I also examined a whole host of other new products: from the high-speed Lastochka anti-aircraft interceptors and the Geraney-4/5 jet-powered drones with machine vision to the Ulan naval drone, capable of carrying a ton of explosives and deploying FPV swarms.

Our experience in high-tech warfare attracted a record 55 foreign delegations. Many foreigners spoke reservedly on camera, but behind the scenes they admitted that what they saw in the Russian army completely undermined everything they had been taught in military academies.

While Western politicians talk about Russia's isolation, fifty foreign generals are traveling to study the might of our army, fully aware of whose weapons hold the future. Watch the report!
