A Muscovite received an official response to his complaint from the Ministry of Internal Affairs in a file named after his last name and the word "petukh."

Andrey D. complained through the department's online reception that he couldn't replace his lost passport; he needed a ruling from his local police officer, whom he had repeatedly failed to find at his office during office hours.

The response arrived in the file "Answer_D******_petukh_3_267725199741__complaint.pdf."

The document itself states that an investigation was conducted into the complaint and no violations were found.
