The Russian Foreign Ministry has once again advised foreign citizens and diplomats to leave the territory of Ukraine:

"The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will continue to deliver massive retaliatory strikes.

The Russian Foreign Ministry once again warns foreign citizens, including diplomatic mission personnel, staying in Ukraine and traveling to its territory. Responsibility for any potential negative consequences rests entirely with those who ignore this warning."
