The Role
🎬 Create 30–50 second 3D Shorts
⚙️ Handle animation, environments, lighting and rendering in Blender
📄 Work from completed scripts, voiceovers and storyboards
📈 Produce at least 4-8 videos per month

You Should Have
✔️ Strong Blender and character-animation skills
✔️ Great storytelling, pacing and composition
✔️ Ability to show emotion through animation
✔️ Reliable communication and delivery
