Sous vide is ideal but a reverse sear is a close, close second.

Busy is good. Slow means you’re in jeopardy. That’s how I see it. I’ve been on both sides. Balance is ideal but rarely attainable. It’s either slow and you’re almost dead, or too fast but living.

Finished enough to review. It’s what I call a good filler book. Of all ways to spend time, audiobooks are high up there. But I don’t see it blowing your mind. Worth a listen / read.
