The referenda execution failed on mainnet due to a problem with PolkaAssembly missing the Call Hash in referenda configuration.

🔍 Resolution:
- Referenda #24 is a resubmit of referenda 23 using Cere Explorer
- This will bypass the PolkaAssembly configuration issue
- Confirmed successful testnet execution
