📢 Cere Network Blockchain Update 🚀

We continue to advance our Substrate framework with strategic upgrades and we are increasing the speed to 2 substrate upgrades per week. In this release, we're upgrading the Cere chain to Polkadot v1.7.0.

What This Means for You:
- Enhanced runtime stability for improved network performance and reliability
- New force_adjust_total_issuance feature for better balance management
- Added functionality for Fellowship members to swap their AccountId
- More robust blockchain infrastructure overall

As always: this is a Polkadot version upgrade with no additional changes from the Cere end. For comprehensive details, refer to the Polkadot v1.7.0 release notes.

We also want to invite all token holders to cast their vote: https://cere.polkassembly.io/referenda/11

Stay tuned for future updates, and thank you for your continued support of the Cere Network! 🚀
