📢 Cere Network Blockchain Update 🚀

The Technical Committee (TC) continues its vital role in maintaining network integrity through oversight of referenda, runtime updates, and feature implementations. To optimize efficiency and reflect our current operational needs, we're updating the TC structure.

This update ensures our committee size (3 members) aligns with our present requirements while maintaining all essential security and oversight functions. The TC remains fully equipped to safeguard the network's operation and continue its important work.

This update has no additional changes and simply reflects the current responsibilities.
