Cere x Polkastarter IDO details 🎆

💫 Next to our TGE on Monday (11/08), we will also finalize the Polkastarter IDO for our whitelisted participants!

🗒 In order to improve the UX during the IDO, we decided to host 1 pool. As we don't want to decrease the allocation of round 2 winners, we decided to increase the allocation of our Round 1 winners and reward them for their patience.
