☆ hello! i do know about it, and i’m 100% on the side of the fandom😭 from my understanding of the conflict, i think nozori games was completely out of line for how they treated their fans and what they did to yakov’s character in episode 4. i don’t even understand why the yakonemo ship was suddenly such a big deal to them when 1.) it made their game more popular, and 2.) they created the ship themselves💀💀 (examples: noasaki posting art on reddit with the caption: “nemo and yakov from my game, some say they look good together” or something like that; the 2 valentine’s day arts; there was also this one tiktok on their english account that i remember, using the song levitating dua lipa, the lyrics that goes like “i want you, baby”💀; plus, the scene in the linen room was definitely fan service in itself)
☆ and like okay, in nozori’s defense, i get it can be annoying if the only content for your game is of the same two characters, but ships are regularly a big part of every fandom; i think they should get over themselves😭 threatening to basically remove yakov from the game is immature and a stupid move on their part when he’s probably the most popular character from their game. do they want to gain popularity and money from guilty parade or not???
☆ it’s safe to say that, after guilty parade, i will never play another game by the developers, and especially not I HATE MY WAIFU STREAMER😭💀💀 i’m sorry, it’s so dumb😭😭
