i. the first thing you must do is join our channel. if we find that you have purchased a catalog without joining our channel, we will regretfully cancel the transaction immediately.

ii. submitting a purchase form means that you are committed to buying. we will not accept cancellations of purchases that are already in progress.

iii. please reply to the seller's message within approximately 24 hours or one full day. If you have not provided a response within the specified time, your account will be automatically banned from the bot and channel.

iv. custom orders will take a minimum of 1-7 days to complete, so please be patient and avoid repeatedly messaging the relevant admin.

v. every buyer is required to provide an honest review or feedback as a gesture of appreciation.

vi. There will be zero tolerance if we find any of you plagiarizing or re-selling any of the catalogs we have created. A fine of IDR 300,000.00 will be imposed on anyone who violates this rule.
