Card declined a payment? Don't panic and don't smash "pay" on repeat (every failed attempt adds to your decline rate, and that's a fast track to a ban).
Go through the list top to bottom — the issue is usually one of these:
First of all, in the history of your transactions next to a cancelled operation you can see a small question mark. That’s a tip on what might have gone wrong.

Balance. Is there enough on the card? Top up the card — this is the #1 cause.

Card limit. Have you hit the card limit or the single-transaction cap? That’s unlikely, but just in case – check the limits
here.

3DS. We have auto-3DS, but if the platform requested confirmation and it stalled — retry the payment once, not several times. Also, check your internet connection — switching between WiFi/mobile might help.
⚙️
The platform itself. Is FB acting up again and cutting cards for everyone? Check if it's a mass outage before blaming the card. In this case, the transaction won’t be shown as cancelled.
⚙️
Decline rate. Check your card stats — if the rate is already near 20%, the card may have been restricted.
