Capybobo S2 Vote — Update

During final pre-launch checks, we found the DAO was running under single-admin control. For a vote that decides the $PYBOBO airdrop, that is not a structure we are comfortable with.

We have upgraded the DAO to multi-admin control to strengthen its overall security and risk resistance. Final testing of the full voting setup is underway.

Voting opens Tuesday, July 14.
All parameters stay unchanged: 7-day voting period, 2-day cool-off, 1% quorum.
