The main figures named are Peter Ticktin (Trump childhood friend and Tina Peters' attorney), who said on a Sept. 30 Rumble call that martial law would be needed for another "rigged" election and later told Axios about commandeering ballots and equipment; Tina Peters (who met Trump recently and was on the call); and Gregory Stenstrom (who proposed pausing the election or invoking the National Emergencies Act).
