During his remarks, POTUS stated: "If you allow people to fix the engines, they take the environmental regulations that make it inefficient and expensive, undo that. When you undo that, you send fumes into the air, so we put them in jail?!

Well, I heard about it... I'm giving each one an unconditional pardon."

He further commented, "That means you're as clean as a newborn baby's ass! Why is that so clean?" He concluded by stating, "I'm going to sign this now."
