✅ If your account is restricted or limited, ads will pause until restored.

✅ Downtime due to limits will not extend your plan.

✅ Using services like b#n tools, dox#, or lookups* may cause b#ns — you're responsible.


🚫 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:

✅ No refunds under any condition, including:

🔘 Low client reach
🔘 Violations or misuse

✅ Cancelling after purchase = termination without refund.


⚠️ PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES:

✅ No scams, fraud, illegal services, dox#ng tools, or spam. or User Service will be terminated instantly with no refund.


💵 PAYMENTS & MIDDLEMEN:

✅ 100% upfront payment only.

✅ We do not use middlemen or escrow for ad bot services.


👤 AD BOT ACCOUNT ACCESS:

✅ You will not get access to the bot account.

✅ Only we manage and host the ad bot account.


⚙️ SERVER MAINTENANCE:

✅ Bot may be paused for maintenance anytime without prior notice.

✅ We act fast to fix issues and ensure uptime.


🔎 DATA PRIVACY:

✅ All purchase and user data is kept 100% confidential.


📱 ACCOUNT B4N LIABILITY:

✅ We are not responsible for bans imposed by Telegram.

✅ Users must adhere to Telegram's official guidelines. Violating these rules may lead to a soft ban, usage limits, or even a permanent ban from Telegram. We hold no responsibility for any consequences due to guideline violations.

✅ If your ad bot account gets limited, restricted, or permanently banned by Telegram, we are not liable. You will need to either provide a Telegram account for replacement or pay an additional fee for account, and we will arrange a new one for continued service.


📈 CLIENT GROWTH DISCLAIMER:

We only automate your ads — getting clients depends on your service quality.

No responsibility if you gain fewer clients or none at all.


🔴 TERMINATION:

✅ User Termination: You may stop using the service anytime — no refunds.

✅ Our Termination: We may terminate your service if you:

🔘 Are reported on scam channels
🔘 Attempt to cancel post-purchase
🔘If you promote ads for individuals who have not paid me for advertising through your ad-sharing bot, your service will be terminated, and no refund will be provided.


⛔️ DWC SCAM REPORT POLICY:

✅ If you ever got DWC scam report, service will be terminated instantly without giving any refund.
