Meta's dystopian product fails at live demo

Meta showed their most hyped toy, the 2nd Gen Ray-Ban Meta Sunglasses at Connect 2025… and it flopped hard 🤦‍♂️.

AI froze & hallucinated while they bombed some Wi-Fi jokes, later their employees fumbled with the neural band. Easily the biggest demo fail since Tesla’s “bulletproof” glass demo.

Upgrades? Newer display, bigger battery, better camera and an AI that leaves you hanging when you promised your GF a fancy dish 👀 (rip us singles tho 😔).

Even after those fails, Meta deserves some appreciation for their innovation and guts for that live demo.
