Read, If Telegram isn't working for you.. and you don't want to use the VPN just for that..


- Go to..
• Settings → Data and Storage → Proxy Settings
• Find and Add a trusted MTProto Proxy.

Or if you're too lazy to find one, just, add all of these by clicking on it..
• Proxy 1
• Proxy 2
• Proxy 3

• Toggle on "Auto-switch Proxies" so that if one is unavailable it will use the different one...
