Suicide at IIIT Ranchi

A first year student made a suicide attempt by hanging. His friends immediately rushed to help him, the lift wasn't working, had to bring him down the stairs. The ambulance had no oxygen mask, driver arrived 30-40 mins later, by the time he reached the hospital, it was too late. The management here has always been like this, no facilities, no support, nothing. There's no accountability for anything.
