What is a Middleman?

A middleman is an intermediary who facilitates transactions, communication, or exchanges between two parties, often ensuring fairness, trust, and security. Middlemen are commonly used in various industries and services, including sales, finance, and negotiations.

How to use a Middleman?

● Initial Contact
Reach out to the Middleman with all relevant information regarding the transaction. Clearly state the goods or services being exchanged, along with the agreed price.

● Payment Transfer
The buyer sends the agreed funds to the Middleman. Once the payment is confirmed, the Middleman will notify both the buyer and seller to proceed with the transaction.

● Delivery of Goods or Services
The seller delivers the agreed-upon goods or services to the buyer.

● Buyer Confirmation
The buyer confirms receipt of the goods or services, ensuring they meet the agreed-upon terms.

● Release of Funds
Upon confirmation from the buyer, the Middleman releases the funds to the seller, completing the transaction.

● Service fees?
We charge a 2% service fee ($5 minimum)
All service fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

The responsibility for paying the fee is determined by mutual agreement between the seller and the buyer.

● Cryptocurrency Transactions Only
All transactions facilitated through our platform will exclusively involve cryptocurrencies.

● Non-Refundable Service Fee
The service fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount sent during the transaction.

● Market Volatility
Cryptocurrency prices are subject to fluctuations, which may cause their value to increase or decrease. We are not responsible for any market changes or associated gas/sending fees.

● Prohibited Transactions
Illegal transactions or fraudulent activities will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

● Account Sales and Liability
Once an account has been successfully transferred and secured by the buyer, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the account. Any issues, locks, suspensions, restrictions, or other actions affecting the account after the buyer has secured it are the buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties prior to or as part of the transaction.

The seller is only responsible for resolving issues that occur before the buyer has secured the account, unless otherwise agreed upon explicitly by both parties prior to the transaction.

● Wallet Address Responsibility
Providing an accurate wallet address is the sole responsibility of the recipient. We will not be held liable for any loss of funds resulting from an incorrect address.

● Funds Release Policy
Funds held by the Middleman will only be released after both parties confirm that they have received their respective goods.

● Disputes
Any disputes between parties must be resolved directly between the parties involved. If not we will take control in resolving disputes at our discretion.

● Communication
Both parties involved in the transaction are required to remain responsive and maintain clear communication throughout the duration of the deal. Failure to respond within a reasonable timeframe may result in delays, cancellation of the transaction, or intervention at our discretion.
