🇫🇷🇺🇸 TotalEnergies and US investment firm KKR have agreed to expand their US renewables joint venture with a 700 MW solar portfolio valued at $1.2 billion.
The three projects in Texas and Ohio are expected to reach commercial operation by Q1 2027, with TotalEnergies continuing to operate the assets after the deal closes.
