Britain will:

• Restrict Iran’s access to UK financial services.

• Expand trade bans to energy, software, and gold.

• Strengthen sanctions against Iranian ships.

• Ban most Iranian aircraft from landing in the UK.

• Sanction Hezbollah’s financing arm, al-Qard al-Hasan.

A special exemption will allow Azerbaijan’s Shah Deniz gas field to continue operating.
